Noé Archiviste

Powers: Noé is a vampire from the Archiviste clan, which gives him the special ability to read a person's memories when he drinks their blood. In order for his ability to work, he has to drink a person's blood straight from their veins, so something such as the blood left on an article of clothing may allow him to perceive some emotions, but he won't be able to read a person's memories as it is not from the life source. Noé cannot stop this ability when he uses it, but he will never drink a person's blood without asking for their consent first, due to the intimate and potentially invasive nature of his ability.

Noé does not require blood in order to survive.

Content Warnings: Vanitas no Carte, and Noé's past in particular, involves potentially triggering themes including being a victim of child/human (vampire) trafficking, witnessing very graphic child murder and the survivor's guilt that followed, and the survivor of the vampire equivalent of genocide (he does not really remember the latter).
